ARIA Opportunity Space: Scalable Neural Interfaces

AI for Precision Neurology

Most neurological diseases are complex and heterogeneous, and identical treatment plans often fail for individual patients who have the same diagnosis. An Encode Fellow will work to develop a multimodal AI system that can ingest patient-level genetic and neuroimaging data and provide accurate and interpretable predictions across a wide range of neurological diseases. This research could enable clinical decision support, identify patient-specific drug targets, and advance AI-driven neurotherapeutic development.
